Having
read and fully understanding the official rules of the West Texas Team Trail
tournaments, we, (the persons listed above) have completed and signed this
application. By our signature, we further understand that WTTT officials
reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone and we agree to accept the WTTT
director’s decisions as final in all matters concerning WTTT tournaments.
Furthermore, knowing that competitive bass fishing is a dangerous sport, we
waive and release all other contestants, the host, sponsors, tournament owners,
directors and officials from all claims or injury/damage incurred by this team
in connection with West Texas Team Trail (WTTT) tournaments. We give WTTT
permission to use our name and photograph for promotional purposes. We agree to
accept the results of any polygraph test given at WTTT events.
We
swear that the above facts are true and accurate, to the best of our knowledge.
WE AGREE TO COMPETE IN
WTTT TOURNAMENTS AT OUR OWN RISK. WE ALSO FULLY UNDERSTAND THAT BY SIGNING THIS
