The headquarters will be at Fox Hollow Resort. The following is an email from them that lists what they have available. Registration will be Saturday from 3:00 pm to 10:00 and again on Sunday morning. ================================================ It's great to hear that the West Texas Trail is coming back to PK. We will be able to offer the WTTT a special rate even better than the winter rates. For the one bedroom cabins we will offer them to you for $50.00 per night for two people and $10.00 for each additional person. They will sleep up to four people with one queen size bed and a sleeper sofa.These cabins have stoves, refrigerators and microwaves. We supply the linens and towels. The two bedroom cabins will be $80.00 per night for four people and $10.00 for each additional person. These have two queen size beds, sleeper sofa, stove, refrigerator and microwave. We have four two bedroom cabins that sleep six people. One cabin has a full size bed in the bedroom and two sleeper sofas and a day bed that sleeps up to eight people. Also note that there is a 10% hotel/motel tax on the cabins. Your group needs to tell us when making reservations that they are with West Texas Team Trail to get these discounts. If they don't, they will be charged the regular May rates that are significantly higher than the rates that we are offering. Also realize that Fox Hollow will only honor these rates on the Weekend of May 2, 2010 and cannot offer special rates after Memorial day, due to the high volume of traffic during the summer months. The Restaurant hours are from 8:00 am till 9:00 pm during May. But, to accommodate the West Texas Team Trail, we would be willing to open at 6:00 am for coffee and breakfast (with a limited menu), if this is something the fishermen would be interested in. We have a deck adjacent to the Restaurant that would be great for your members to sit around and see each other. We have received positive feedback on the fishing in the past year and are looking forward to accommodating your party. Please let us know what we can do to make this a successful event.
